Lex has been cared on multiple occasions in the past two years, for both stays >1 week and quick overnights. She has always sent us daily updates on our dog, which makes those long vacations away from her much easier. Lex also gave us even more frequent updates when our dog wasn't feeling well and took steps to get her better. She is easy to work with when booking care for our dog or arranging pickup/drop off details. Most importantly, our dog runs up the stairs happily into her place every time I drop her off!

There are not enough words to describe Lex! She has taken care of Patches since he was 5 months old, he is now almost 3 years old. She loves him as I do, treats him like royalty & I only ever have Lex watch him! She is truly the absolute best!
